• Standard shipping charges are calculated by pound. We charge a $5 flat fee per shipment plus $5 per pound. Shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii are higher.

• Most orders ship via FedEx Ground. Some small items may ship via the US Postal Service.

• Priority Shipping is available for most items. Priority shipping is via FedEx 2nd Day Air.

• Most standard shipping orders arrive within 2-6 business days.  Destinations outside the 48 States may take longer.

• Due to the fact that many orders are gifts, invoices are not included with shipments.

• To help you determine the number of days it will take for a package to arrive we have provided the below FedEx transit time map for a package shipped from our warehouse in Cleveland, OH to any destination. Each color corresponds to a different number of days it takes for a package to arrive once it ships from our warehouse. The closer you live to Cleveland, OH the fewer days it takes for the your order to arrive. Please note that most East Coast packages arrive with in 2 days of being shipped.

  Example: A package shipped via FedEx on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) would be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule would be expected for delivery the following Tuesday.
