Establishing an Account:
To set up an account simply follow these steps:
1. Create a "New Customer" account by clicking here
2. Send an email to with your account information or call 216-255-6651 so that a customer service representative may review your account. PLEASE NOTE: Your account will not be reviewed for wholesale until you contact customer service.
3. Once approved for wholesale login to your account and select the wholesale tab to place an order.

Ordering:
Once you account is established orders can be placed on line through our secure web site under the wholesale tab or by fax using our Fax Order Form.

Pricing:
All Prices are subject to change without notice.
Listed price is before shipping. Shipping charges are calculated before your order is placed.
Price breaks are based on the quantity of each product ordered.

Terms:
All orders must be paid prior to shipment. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.

Tax Resale Certificate:
A tax and resale certificate is required for orders shipped within the state of Ohio.

Shipping:
Shipping rates are determined by region. When ordering select the shipping option color that corresponds to the color of your state as indicated on the map below. There is also the option to have your order shipped using your own FedEx or UPS account. If you choose this option please include your account number in the order comments. There is $5 (standard shipping) or $20 (express shipping) handling fee to ship under your own FedEx account. There is $15 (standard shipping) or $40 (express shipping) pick up fee to ship under your own UPS account.

Claims & Returns:
To receive a full refund of the purchase price of damaged or defective merchandise, claims must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt.
For damaged or defective merchandise the customer has the choice of a refund or replacement.
Claims and Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
Please contact customer service prior to making a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Please download, fill-in and print a Return Form and include it with your return. Please include a copy in each box.
Refunds for returned items are for purchase price less shipping. A 20% restocking fee may also apply.

Refused Goods:
Orders refused by the buyer at delivery will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%, cost of labor, and shipping charges.

Wholesale customers are expressly permitted to use content available on this site including text, graphics and images as it relates to the sale of products.
